missingWrote a review on 09 Novpoor soundproofingrepetitive breakfast
I almost thought this would be a decent stay, but the room sounded like a nightclub with all the noise from the drunk guests and poor soundproofing. The breakfast offerings were painfully repetitive after a week, and i expected a free upgrade for putting up with it all. Absolutely frustrated with the lack of consideration.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good location, good food and very good value for money
Very noisy and young guests with little consideration for other guests, running through the corridors and banging on doors late at night. Very loud music still being played in the bar into the early hours of the morning.

The maids, and 24 hour reception staff were very helpfull, if you were in your room when the maids came, they made sure to come back later and always changed towels and bed clothes every day
Other guests knocking on the wrong rooms between 0500 and 0700

The beds were comfy and offered
An excellent night's sleep. The hotel staff were engaging and offered great local tips, but the lack of soundproofing was nice. The pool was a highlight, with plenty of loungers available.

The price. It was the cheap when I booked.
Despite a good service and instalations of the hotel. I couldnd sleep even with ear plugs. The other guests were very noisy and the hotel staff didnt do anything about it. It is a good hotel for winter time.

This place features an excellent, recently renovated lobby that sets a modern tone right away. Rooms sport ample space with generously sized balconies offering nice views, rare for a spot like this.
Room acoustics leave much to be desired-expect to hear every footstep from the stairwell and conversations from neighboring guests. The lack of soundproofing can disrupt your peace, and the small bath size feels more like a cramped space. Music control is hit or miss. At times, the pool area has too many competing sounds that can ruin the chill vibe, especially if you want some relaxing time.

The rooms were extremely clean - The staff were helpfull and friendly, especially the bar staff and the location was great. Overall it was a great hotel ( not like the previous reviews we had read )
The only slight issue with the room was we were on the 6th floor and the balcony didnt seem very secure.. Also there was no fridge in the room so any water we bought went warm straight away.

Bar staff were very friendly , everybody liked them. Respecionist at night time was a gentleman!
Cleaners were in room 2 times in 7days. On 4th day we cleaned it ourselves and last 2 days had to use our own towels.

I stayed for three nights in a single room and appreciated the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing a clean environment and great value for my stay. the room was quite small, particularly the bath, and the music played at the hotel could be improved. the positive aspects outweighed the negatives, making it a recommendable spot for a short getaway.

I can not say anything very good about the rooms or the reception area. The pool was very clean and the bar staff were friendly and the prices at the bar were very reasonable.
While I stayed in the Brisa I had problems with the receptionist's I found them very rude and unhelpful. In the 11days I was staying there my bed clothes were only changed twice and the cleaner accused use of breaking a picture which was broke when we arrived. We also had a problem with the room as I am claustrophobic and stated this when I booked the room and they were unhelpful with this as well all dough they did change the room after having to argue about it for a while. I wouldn't ever stay in the Brisa again.

fine views, spacious balconies, excellent pool area
The rooms definitely need an upgrade!!! The bathroom layout is downright absurd!!! Prepare for a check-in process that feels overly regimented!!! A hidden deposit deduction feels sneaky and could ruin the overall experience!!!

Central location. Short walk to bus station for the disco bus. Plenty of space around the pool and decent vibe with lots of party people.
